The belt loader is designed for loading wagons, trucks, barges and ships or for other tasks in the technological line with grain productivity from 50 to 500 t/h and an inclination angle of up to 45 degrees. The length of the boom is from 10 to 50 m. They can be both stationary and mobile.

Technical features:

- a high-quality frame made of a profile pipe, corners and channels of various sections;

- the best closed rollers with a diameter from 57 to 159 mm;

 - shafts are made of high-strength St45 and St40X steels;

 - drum lining due to vulcanization or replaceable lining plates;

 - motor-reducers with high reliability and quality indicators (NORD, Motovario, PGR);

 - for angles above 15 degrees, a chevron tape with a chevron height of 5 to 100 mm is used;

 - frame with swivel wheels

; - self-centering roller supports or deflector rollers are additionally installed;

 - individual configuration of the control cabinet, sensors for support, speed, tape break or descent;

 - installation of scales and metal detectors.
