Chain conveyor  loader type PRIMO is designed for transshipment of grain from road transport to wagons or other conveyors. The unloading height is from 2 to 6 m. It can be mobile and stationary with the length of the backfill pit 4m and 10m. Productivity of 50, 150 and 250 t/h of grain.

Technical features:

 - manufacturing from structural steel;

 - shafts and sprockets are made of high-strength St45 and St40X steels with volume hardening or TVC;

 - equipment with motor-reducers with high reliability and quality indicators (NORD, Motovario, PGR);

 - scrapers to choose from: wear-resistant steel, polyurethane or polyethylene;

 - ease of installation and transportation of the conveyor;

 - optional installation of the forward and longitudinal movement mechanism;

 - it is possible to line the side walls and the bottom with wear-resistant steel, polyurethane or polyethylene;

 - installation of buckets and cleaning scrapers for cleaning the conveyor;

 - a combination of a drive and a tension unit;

 - the set includes a control cabinet, support, speed and chain break sensors.
