The ZK type rail gate is designed to cover the outlet openings of the hopper, load conveyors or other technological equipment. Thanks to its successful design, it can work with a high layer of product for a long time without jamming and wear. The actuator can be manual, electric and pneumatic (ZKR, ZKE and ZKP). For large gates (from 600mm), two or more rails are used.

The conveyor frame is made of 3mm thick sheet and has a standard height of 150mm, and the gate itself is made of 3-6mm thick sheet. Position sensors (inductive or end) are installed on the frame in the standard configuration of fully open/closed or additionally with an opening window of 25%, 50% and 75%.

The electric one uses a rack and pinion made of 45 steel of Italian production and uses worm gear motors from 0.18 kW to 2.2 kW.

To operate the manual valve, flywheels with different drive methods are used - manual, chain or rope.

The pneumatic valve uses only proven pneumatic cylinders and distributors of well-known brands.
