The sluice feeder (sluice gate) of the ShP type is used in aspiration and industrial lines when it is necessary to obtain a certain amount of product or reduce air losses and depressurization of equipment. A clear example is the installation of a sluice gate after air purification in cyclones or the feeding of flour into pneumatic transport.
The calculation of the feeder is carried out according to the technical conditions, productivity and type of product and is based on the ShP-100, ShP-150, ShP-200, ShP-250, ShP-300, ShP-400 and ShP-450 lines.
The design of the rotary feeder consists of a pipe, loading and unloading nozzles, a rotor, side walls with bearing assemblies and a gear motor.
The main body of the product - the rotor - is made of a shaft and plates welded to it. To adjust the gap between the rotor and the pipe, polyurethane gaskets or metal ones are used at high temperatures.
