The ZPK type under-conveyor gate is intended for installation on chain conveyors for intermediate unloading. It is designed in such a way that the entire transported product is unloaded without being transferred further along the conveyor. According to the actuator, it can be manual, electric and pneumatic (ZPR, ZPE and ZPP).

According to the placement under the conveyor, it can be longitudinal or transverse and have up to two rails.

The standard height of the gate is 150 mm, but by special order it is possible to manufacture different heights and other features (holes for installation, gate thickness, special supporting perforated sheets).

Electric gates are equipped with position sensors and a worm gear motor with a power of 0.37 kW to 2.2 kW.
