The belt profile conveyor of the KLP type is made of a profile pipe for moving cargo with a capacity of up to 1000t/h at a distance of up to 1000 m at an angle of up to 45 degrees. Such belt conveyors are used when it is necessary to obtain a strong structure from a farm with large distances between intermediate supports or to obtain an integrated service platform in the conveyor. Also, such a frame can be easily put on wheels.

 The conveyor is usually made open, but covers can also be installed. The connection is bolted on the flanges, and the length of the sections is from 500mm to 6000mm.

 Roller supports with rollers with diameters from 57 to 159 mm with different installation angles are used to support the tape. A smooth tape is installed on conveyors with an angle of up to 15-20 degrees, which depends on the load, and at larger angles, a chevron is used.

 Drums in the belt conveyor are installed according to the type of belt, productivity and length of the conveyor and can be from 159 mm to 930 mm. Also, the drums are lined with rubber by hot or cold vulcanization method.

To ensure reliability and safety, tape speed sensors, rotation control, tape descent, longitudinal tape rupture, and cable emergency sensors are used. Reliable motor-reducers with a high level of operation coefficient are also installed.

The profile conveyor can be equipped with additional slug dumpers or a dump cart, which facilitates unloading in granaries.
