• Belt: On conveyors with an incline angle of up to 15-20°, a smooth belt is used. For steeper angles, a chevron belt is used to prevent the cargo from rolling back.
• Pulleys: Their diameter (from 159 mm to 930 mm) depends on the belt type and the load. For better traction and to prevent slippage, the pulleys are lagged with rubber using hot or cold vulcanization methods.

Discharge and Safety Systems

The profiled conveyor can be equipped with plow dischargers or a special tripper car. This allows for product discharge at any point along the conveyor's length, which is very convenient for filling long grain storage facilities.

Safety is a priority, so the conveyors are equipped with a full set of sensors:

• Speed and belt misalignment sensors.
• Longitudinal belt rip detection sensor.
• Pull-cord emergency switches along the entire route for an immediate stop in case of danger.
