The belt bucket of the KLK type is designed for inclined movement with angles of inclination from 30 to 85 degrees of the product (grain, seeds, food products, nuts, etc.) with the help of buckets located on the belt with a calculated step. It differs from the noria in its small dimensions and tilt angles. Most often, it is used in food production or for careful transportation of the product.
The frame is made of profiled pipes and bottoms to support the belt with buckets, and the idle branch can be supported by special rollers if necessary. Polycarbonate or metal covers are installed to protect against external factors.
For the food industry, the tape, buckets and hardware are food-grade and have appropriate certificates, and the frame is made of food-grade stainless steel.
Ensuring long-term trouble-free operation comes from reliable motor-reducers and bearing assemblies of leading manufacturers.
By agreement, the belt bucket conveyor can be equipped with the necessary sensors (tape break, sensor of revolutions, support, etc.) and a control cabinet.
