The KLK-type bucket conveyor is a specialized transporter designed for the inclined movement of products at angles ranging from 30 to 85 degrees.

Unlike standard belt conveyors where product can roll back, here the load is held securely in buckets attached to the belt. This makes it the ideal solution for the gentle transport of grain, seeds, nuts, granules, and other bulk food products.

Construction and Options

Basic Construction

The conveyor frame is made from durable profile tubes, and the belt with its buckets moves along a solid bed, which provides support. To protect the product from external factors, the conveyor can be fitted with covers made of metal or transparent polycarbonate for visual monitoring.

Food-Grade Version

For food production facilities, we offer a fully certified version:

• The frame is made from food-grade stainless steel.
• The belt, buckets, and all fasteners have the appropriate certifications for contact with food products.
