The roller-less belt conveyor of the KLB type is designed for transporting the product in a horizontal and inclined plane with an angle of inclination of up to 45 degrees at a distance of up to 50 meters. The product of transportation is the most diverse - from grain and food to sorting household waste. Products made of a sheet bent profile have small dimensions and achieve maximum hermetic performance.

Volokusha is used where the specific weight of the belt is small or there are difficulties with the installation and maintenance of the rollers. The tape usually moves no more than 1 m/s, it can be ordinary or food.

The bottom is made of a sheet with a thickness of 2 mm, which can be additionally lined with polyurethane. When the product gets under the belt, it is removed by the belt to the drive section, where it is dumped on the non-working surface of the belt, and from there it is cleaned by special cleaning devices. It is possible to do, at the request of the customer, additional cleaning of the tape or drums.

Each conveyor is assembled for production testing, which saves time and resources during installation at the customer's place.

Drums are installed according to calculations together with reliable bearing units and motor-reducers.
