The scraper chain conveyor of the KSL type (TSC) is designed to move the product on a horizontal or inclined plane with an angle of inclination of up to 30 degrees for a distance of up to 60 m. The main cargoes for this type of conveyors are grain and feed products (wheat, corn, sunflower, meal, soy).

In this connection, it can boast of the successful use of structural, galvanized or stainless steel for each type of product and customer's wishes. And for each conveyor, a drawing is drawn and the smallest details are agreed - the number of sections and their size, the number of loading - unloading points, the presence of cleaning buckets, the type and manufacturer of the motor-reducer, etc.

In addition, various types of lining can be used to increase the wear resistance and reduce the beating of the product - polyurethane, kaprolon, polyethylene or HARDOX.

To ensure efficient movement of the product, a chain of type M, TRD or foreign production (81Х, 81ХНН) with scrapers made of polyurethane, polyethylene or wear-resistant steel is used.

High-quality bearing units with shafts and sprockets made of St45 or St40X steel are installed in the tension and drive sections. In intermediate sections, a roller or guides are used to support the chain.

Ensuring control and automation is carried out thanks to the installation of sensors for product support, chain breakage and shaft speed.
