The scraper chain conveyor of the KSL (TSC) type is designed to move the product along a horizontal or inclined plane with an angle of inclination of up to 30 degrees for a distance of up to 60 m. The main cargoes for this type of conveyors are grain and feed products (wheat, corn, sunflower, meal, soybeans).

     When ordering conveyors, all details are agreed upon - the type of metal of the frame (structural, stainless or galvanized steel), the number of loading/unloading points, the number of sections and size, the type of chain and scraper, the type and manufacturer of the gear motor, the manufacturer of the bearing units, etc. After working out all the details, a drawing of the conveyor is made and sent to the customer for approval.

     Each conveyor is selected for its own type of chain (series M, TRD, 81XN, 81XNN) and it depends on the productivity and length, and the customer can choose the scraper and its thickness - polyurethane, polyethylene, caprolon or metal, with a thickness of 4 mm to 30 mm. Also, to increase wear resistance, it is possible to line the working area of ​​the conveyor with polyurethane, polyethylene or HARDOX.

      In the drive or tension section, the shafts are securely fixed in bearing units, and the sprockets are milled from a round bar or sheet of steel St40X or St45. In the intermediate sections, supporting rollers (plastic, metal, with and without bearings) or guides are used to support the return branch of the chain with scrapers.

      Control and automation are carried out using sensors for product support, chain breakage and shaft rotation.
