• Casing: Manufactured from structural, galvanized, or stainless steel. A special double bottom (2-3 mm thick) guides the product flow and supports the return side of the chain.
• Components: Shafts and sprockets are made from high-strength steel (St45, St40X), and the bearing assemblies are sourced from reputable manufacturers with an extended service life.
• Tensioning: Consistent chain tension is maintained by a reliable mechanism based on a trapezoidal screw.
• Smooth Transition: A special curved section ensures a smooth transition of the chain from the horizontal to the inclined part, significantly reducing wear on the scrapers and the chain. Inspection hatches are provided for cleaning.
