The scraper chain steeply inclined conveyor of the KSCP type or the "goose neck" conveyor moves the product along a horizontal-inclined trajectory, with a sharp transition of the horizontal part into an incline with an angle from 10 to 85 degrees. Transportation products - grain and compound feed products (wheat, corn, sunflower, meal, soy).
The high-quality and durable body of the steeply inclined conveyor is made of galvanized, stainless or structural steel with possible lining with polyethylene, polyurethane or wear-resistant steel and various sizes of intermediate sections from 2500 mm to 300 mm. Depending on the product, the intermediate sections are equipped with a double bottom or guides.
The special feature of such a chain conveyor is the combination of tension and drive sections, as well as a special corner section for efficient product movement with a low percentage of scrapers and chain wear. Hatches are provided for servicing the corner section.
In the tension and drive section, a trapezoidal screw, reliable bearing units and a shaft with a star made of St45 or St40X steel are used.
For efficient movement of the product, a chain of the M series or foreign production with attached replaceable scrapers made of polyethylene or polyurethane is used.
Very often, a steeply inclined conveyor is used together with a dump pit for automobile reception or shipment from wagons.
Equipment with sensors for chain breakage, product support and revolutions is mandatory, but it can be supplemented with a control cabinet with a controller and a panel.
