The VK trough screw conveyor is designed to move the product in a horizontal plane or a gentle one with an angle of up to 15 degrees for a distance of up to 30 m. Reliable connection and technological design allow for hermetic use of the conveyor. Quick-release covers allow for quick inspection and cleaning of the equipment. Product transportation from grain to dust, sand, ash and pellets.

The moving element - the screw - is made of a pipe from 57 mm with a spiral welded to it with a thickness of up to 5 mm.

The intermediate sections are bent on rollers made of structural steel, galvanized or stainless steel with a thickness of 2 mm to 5 mm. T

he screw in the head part has special radial thrust bearings for direct and reverse travel, so it is possible to work in any direction in the technological scheme. To seal the screw conveyor, a stuffing box or sleeves and cuffs are used, and to prevent product spillage, it is possible to additionally install gaskets on the flanges along the entire length of the conveyor.

Intermediate supports are installed according to calculations every 2m, 2.5m or 3m, and the sliding bearing is made of caprolon, fluoroplastic or bronze according to the technical conditions or type of product.

 The gear motor is installed mounted (worm, cylindrical with parallel shafts) on the shaft or conventionally through a coupling (axial, planetary).
